Office Manager. Twenty hour part time position, Monday through Thursday, available for immediate or April 28, 2008 hire. The position is with the Austin Family Institute, a non-profit mental health practice in Westlake Hills. The Office Manager will assist therapists with scheduling appointments, manage a small payroll, have computer skills, demonstrate an ability to relate and interact warmly with people on the telephone and face to face, manage college level interns and provide some minimal book keeping. Although the job will include invoicing insurance providers, no prior experience in that area is required. Austin Family Institute collaborates with graduate schools and universities in the Central Texas area and across the USA to provide graduate level and post graduate supervision and training in the discipline of marriage and family therapy. In addition, it provides quality low cost individual, couples and family therapy to people in the Central Texas area.
