Ongoing Opportunities
Volunteer Needed to pick up bread for our Mobile Loaves and Fishes runs! Every 1st, 3rd and the occasional 5th Friday of the month, we need a person to go to the main MLF headquarters on 360 and Bee Caves and bring around 70 loaves of bread over to the Downtown Kitchen at 12th and Lavaca. Can you do it? Then we need YOU to keep this ministry going!
The Automated External Defibrillator (AED) has arrived and is installed. Look for it mounted on the wall near the chapel and across from the main office. Please be aware that an alarm sounds when the cabinet is opened. While training is recommended, this device is designed to be used by a lay person also. Diagrams and voice directions within the unit guide will guide you on its proper use. This AED does have a separate set of pediatric electrode pads for children under 8 years old. There is a video to demonstrate how to use the AED--please take time to get familiar with this new lifesaving device.

Austin Resource Center for the Homeless (ARCH) needs men's clothing--especially jeans and khakis in small waist sizes (28-34). Bring them to church and put them in the collection box in the narthex.
