Worship at St. Martin’s Lutheran Church

Summer Sermon Series on Romans
In our church calendar, every Sunday this summer we have a passage from the Letter of St. Paul to the
Romans. This letter represents the most developed presentation of his understanding of the Christian
faith. And in turn, the namesake of our denomination – Martin Luther – relied heavily on it for his
own understanding of faith. Here, then, is the schedule for this summer’s sermons. I hope and pray
that they comfort you, challenge you, and give you food for thought.

Time with Pastor Alan
As your new transitional pastor, I would like to become better acquainted with as many of you as possible during my time at St. Martin’s. For those with whom I haven’t already had the pleasure of doing so, and who are amenable to sitting down for a visit, please let me know after one of the worship services, by calling the church office (512-476-6757), or by emailing me (pastor.alan@saintmartins.org).
