Summer Sermon Series on Romans
In our church calendar, every Sunday this summer we have a passage from the Letter of St. Paul to the
Romans. This letter represents the most developed presentation of his understanding of the Christian
faith. And in turn, the namesake of our denomination – Martin Luther – relied heavily on it for his
own understanding of faith. Here, then, is the schedule for this summer’s sermons. I hope and pray
that they comfort you, challenge you, and give you food for thought.
10:00am Summer Worship
Join us for Summer Worship at St. Martin’s, a relaxed and reflective service centered on the means of grace—the life-giving Word of God and the Sacraments. Gathered by the Holy Spirit and nourished at the Lord’s Table, we are sent into the world to share the good news of Jesus Christ and to care for those in need. This joyful, reverent service features a blend of contemporary and traditional music.
